Is it free to use AVTech as a client?
Yes. Creating a client account, searching, viewing profiles and messaging technicians is free.
How much does a technician listing cost?
An individual listing is $4.99 USD a year. A business listing is $39.99 USD a year. Optional add-ons are available at checkout.
How do I get my profile on the map?
Complete your profile with a city and address or service area. We place your profile on the map when we can find its location. Your listing becomes visible once payment is confirmed.
Are technicians vetted?
Technicians create their own profiles. AVTech moderates content and responds to reports, but you should check credentials, insurance and references before hiring anyone.
How do I report a problem?
Open the technician’s profile and choose "Report this profile". Our team reviews every report.
Can I message a technician without paying?
Yes. Clients message technicians at no cost. Messages stay in your inbox under the job you described.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes. Use the billing portal on your listing page. Your listing stays live until the end of the yearly period you have paid for.
