Billing questions
When does my listing go live?
As soon as Stripe confirms your payment. The listing stays live until the end of your yearly period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal on your listing page. Your listing remains live until the period ends.
Do clients pay anything?
No. Clients only need a free account to message technicians.
